The design team are ultimately responsible for researching new products and modifications to existing ones. They also specialise in estimating costs for producing in different quantities and by using different methods to achieve the most efficient result. The team are also responsible for the design and testing of new product processes and product types, together with the development of prototypes through to the final product.
The first stage in consultation with the Sales team is to identify the key issues the customer faces and what our customers expectations are. The design team will then work together to produce a basic concept for the customer to view in order to get feedback and refine the product to meet the customers needs. To achieve customer satisfaction and complete the design at professional level, Warequip uses professional design software to carry out all the design and technical tasks. Customers can even review their products by 3D modelling technology thanks for the modern design tool. Once approved the product will be costed and then quoted by sales for purchase. When the order is received Sales confirm all the details with the customer and internal stake holders then production drawings are released to our fabrication team to be manufactured. All products built by Warequip must pass our quality assurance policies and will be carried out by the design team during the production process to ensure the final products meet the customer’s quality expectations.
